Consistency is Key
Consistency is key. Starting new habits or routines are f*&king difficult. I meditate or journal for two days,stop for a day or two and the cycle continues. No excuses it needs to stop. No really stop making excuses, Lets get back on track. Focus. Remember that life is happening for us not to us. Always keep that in mind. I wake up and decide what state I want to be in. If your tired, prime yourself with exercises, cold shower, a triple shot espresso, meditation, something to get you going. Get in the right positive frame of mind from the very start and make each day count. This is how to start. Make it a habit. Consistency. Life will provide.
